Deepak Arora has been a Bay Area resident since 2006. After completing his Masters in Computer Science from State University of New York, Deepak decided to move to Silicon Valley as he was always intrigued by the idea of working where it all actually began. And, the lovely California weather was an added bonus.

The housing market crash of 2008 got him very interested in real estate and Deepak started doing his research on it. And this is where, his love for real estate began.

Soon, he acquired a starter single family home and the learning continued. Deepak had now started looking into real estate investment opportunities as well.

Aileen Quiambao

Administrative Assistant

Aileen brings in almost a decade of Admin Officer experience to our team. She's methodical and detail oriented but, at the same time, practical in her approach. Aileen takes care of our desk work effectively and diligently so our realtor(s) can focus on the ground to provide our clients the top notch service they deserve.

Ryan has always had a fascination with business. At the age of 16, Ryan opened his first LLC, a content creation company serving Realtors by creating the high quality photo and video content used in marketing listings and building brands. At 18, Ryan dove deeper into the real estate industry when he became a licensed Realtor and joined a Top 5% team to better understand the inner workings of the business. By 19, Ryan had simultaneously launched his first private label product, negotiated contracts with multiple international suppliers, coordinated the shipment of hundreds of units to his warehouse locations in 3 US states, and established the distribution channels used for order fulfillment...
