Deepak Arora has been a Bay Area resident since 2006. After completing his Masters in Computer Science from State University of New York, Deepak decided to move to Silicon Valley as he was always intrigued by the idea of working where it all actually began. And, the lovely California weather was an added bonus.
The housing market crash of 2008 got him very interested in real estate and Deepak started doing his research on it. And this is where his love for real estate began.

Soon, he acquired a starter single family home and the learning continued. Deepak had now started looking into real estate investment opportunities as well.

A few years later, Deepak started his investment journey by partnering with some like-minded individuals. However, it wasn’t until he upgraded his primary home in 2018 that his investment journey took a serious turn. By now, Deepak had read several books on real estate and he knew he would be associated with this field for the rest of his life. He just wasn’t sure how.

Since then, Deepak has been constantly using creative ways to find deals, on and off market, and looking for opportunities to add value to his acquisitions. In doing so, Deepak has also built a strong network of real estate professionals, contractors and lenders who he regularly works with.

After being a real estate investor for almost 5 years, Deepak took the next logical step to be an agent so he could help others as clients in a field that has him head-over-heels 🙂

In the words of Deepak: “I believe everyone should invest in Real Estate, be it for one’s primary/secondary home or an investment property. There is so much one can do in the field of Real Estate and so many different specializations that not only help you provide shelter and create memories with your loved ones, but also provide constant streams of income that can multiply over time if you have the right processes in place. And all this can happen while you’re generating employment for others and supporting the economy.

With my analytical background of Engineering and artistic background of Performing Arts, I believe I have so much to offer to this field and, in turn, carve a niche for myself.

In his free time (if you can call it that), Deepak follows his passion for dance through his performing arts company, NKD Arts, specializing in the field of Bollywood dance and entertainment.

Make no mistake, Deepak is a family man and strongly believes in spending quality time with his wife, parents and two kids. Sometimes, you’d even see them alongside him at one of his latest real estate acquisitions or a dance event.

A go-getter by nature, Deepak also has an active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification that is another testimony to his management skills, and which, he thinks come in really handy whether he is working on rehabbing a real estate project or rallying his dance troupes 😉
