Jaz serves as the Transaction Coordinator for Team TAR, overseeing every stage of the transaction process from contract to closing. He ensures each transaction is managed with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail by coordinating disclosures, contract documentation, and compliance requirements while monitoring critical timelines and contingencies.

Working closely with clients, agents, escrow officers, lenders, and other transaction partners, he facilitates clear communication and seamless coordination throughout the escrow process. He also manages transaction records, prepares amendments and supporting documentation, tracks key milestones, and proactively resolves administrative matters to help ensure every transaction remains organized, compliant, and on schedule for a successful closing.
