Aileen brings in almost a decade of Admin Officer experience to our team. She’s methodical and detail oriented but, at the same time, practical in her approach. Aileen takes care of our desk work effectively and diligently so our realtor(s) can focus on the ground to provide our clients the top notch service they deserve.
In Aileen’s own words “I have a great appreciation for administrative and clerical duties. This kind of work actually helps me a lot when it comes to managing my time, practicing my patience and controlling my attention or focus on those tasks that really matter at that specific moment. Being on Deepak’s team is a privilege for me. Working with a team that practices hard work, trust and respect means a lot to me. Because those are also my core values in life. I am also determined to learn more and explore new ideas and approaches, as well as helping the team achieve its goals in any way I can. I believe that everything that happens in our lives has a purpose.”

Besides work, Aileen loves spending time with her family and has been a passionate dancer since the age of 7.
